# How to break crystals & earn LEAP tokens

**Step 1:** At the [homepage of Meta Leap](https://metaleap.io/p2e/mine), click on the "Mine" section.

**Step 2:** Choose the "Crystal" you want to break, the more Pickaxe Points the Crystals cost, the more $LEAP tokens you can receive.

**Step 3:** Click on the "Start" button.

**Step 4:** Your wallet will now ask you to confirm transaction. Click on the "Confirm" to complete the process.

**Notes:** Make sure you have $MON in your wallet to cover the gas fee.
